Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of top talent. Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues related to employee relations, performance, and conflict management. Advise on best practices to maintain a positive working environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process and assist in setting goals, evaluating performance, and providing feedback. Develop and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs aimed at improving employee skills, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Support career development and succession planning.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Update and communicate HR policies as needed. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation packages, benefits programs, and employee incentives. Assist in market benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR data and provide insights on turnover, hiring trends, and other key HR metrics. Prepare regular reports for management to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
- HR Projects: Lead and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving the employee experience, organizational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of KZ laws and regulations
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- English or Turkish Language skills.
