As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing company insurance portfolios. Your responsibilities will include assessing company needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be expected to build strong company relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and support the overall growth of our insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company Consultation: Meet with company to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for coverage.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry trends to offer informed advice.
• Policy Management: Assist company in selecting, purchasing, and managing insurance policies, including renewals and adjustments.
• Claims Assistance: Guide company through the claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
• Compliance: Ensure that all insurance practices adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, policy information, and transactions.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure a positive client experience.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote insurance products and services, identify new business opportunities, and participate in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., Insurance License) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the insurance industry or a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
  • English is a must
